Mushrooms

We are growing mushrooms this year!! 

We have inoculated some logs and are growing Shiitake and Pearl Oyster mushrooms which will be ready to harvest this fall.

We also have some Shiitake and Pearl Oysters that we are growing in a more controlled environment (root cellar).  These mushrooms should be ready to harvest in August.
